About Zùsto Café

One of the more striking impressions upon entering the cozy setting is the ease with which time seems to slow down. Soft lighting and a gentle hum of quiet conversation make it a fitting retreat for a morning meal, inviting patrons to savor simple pleasures. The breakfast selections show thoughtful craftsmanship, balancing indulgence and freshness without overwhelming the palate. While some dishes lean on familiar comfort foods, others introduce subtleties that suggest an eye for seasonal variation. A glance around reveals a clientele equally at ease with laptop screens and leisurely weekend gatherings, which speaks to a versatile atmosphere despite the relatively intimate space.

The interplay between flavors and presentation reveals itself on the plate; dishes make a compelling case for why many seek out Zùsto Café photos online before visiting. Generous portions often arrive decorated with vibrant, crisp greens and house-made spreads, highlighting the kitchen's commitment to freshness. Attention to detail extends beyond taste, with ingredients thoughtfully paired rather than just combined. There is an uncomplicated warmth to the service — attentive without intrusion, knowledgeable yet not overly scripted — creating a dynamic flow that supports the dining experience instead of commanding it. Though the menu isn't extensive, the curated selection avoids the pitfall of choice overload, maintaining clarity and focus.

Perusing various Zùsto Café reviews alongside personal experience illustrates a general appreciation for the restaurant’s consistent quality. Although some might hope for more adventurous options or expanded hours, the establishment’s dedication to breakfast is evident and well-executed. The setting near De Keyserlei ensures accessibility amidst a bustling district, yet the café maintains an ambiance that feels removed from the street’s pace. Value aligns cautiously with the offerings; prices are fair considering the ingredient quality and ambiance, but weekend crowds can lead to slight delays. Overall, the balance between comfort, refinement, and atmosphere is thoughtfully maintained throughout the visit.

(4,5)The Belgian Waffles were great! The price ratio of topping/waffle feels unnatural personally, but about €15 for a full on Belgian Waffle and great service is definitely not bad as a whole. Some minor missed spots in terms of cleaning/fixing keep it from a 5, which I believe they can definitely be.

We are always on the lookout for low-sugar treats, and finding them in Belgium is like finding a snowflake in the desert. But here we are. Sano's sugar free waffles are light and airy - which I personally prefer over the heavier waffles around - and the sweetener they use has no weird aftertaste. The store is clean and very nice. Prices are a bit high, but I guess they can charge the premium for the unique offering.

Nice pastries and healthy snacks. Tasty brownies with no added sugar. The coffee and other drinks are good as well. The staffs are nice and very helpful. Everything is reasonably priced. Highly recommend it. Its in between Meir and Antwerp Central Station.

A lovely place, especially in the November winter weather. The chocolate was amazing, and the waffles were delicious—enough for two people, in my opinion. The owner was very kind to us; honestly, I forgot her name, but she's the same person in the video.

I was craving waffles with ice cream, and there were not that many places that offer different flavors of ice cream. I was low-key shocked about the price for the waffle (plain is almost €8 and 7€ extra for 2 scoops of ice cream), but there was unfortunately no other option. Their waffle is very thin, airy, and crispy type not a fluffy texture. I personally liked it better than thick waffles. Regarding the price, it is insane amount of food but at the end of the day it was good and I enjoyed it. Probably not go back and rather find another place because of the cost, though.
